Nice to meet you, I'm Hila

I treat in a home clinic with an intimate, attentive atmosphere. Nothing is rushed here.

Every session starts with a conversation, because real help means understanding the whole picture, not just the pain.

I studied Chinese medicine for four years at Arazim and Broshim colleges. The treatment is natural and can work alongside any medical care you already receive.

What your first session looks like

  1. Conversation and diagnosis

We talk about what brings you in, and also about sleep, diet, your cycle and mood. I check your pulse and tongue, as is done in Chinese medicine.

  2. Treatment

Acupuncture plus other methods as needed. Most people feel deeply relaxed during treatment, and many fall asleep.

  3. A plan forward

At the end we build a plan together: how many sessions, how often, and what you can do at home.

Questions

Does acupuncture hurt?

The needles are very fine, much thinner than an injection needle. Usually you feel a small tingle or a sense of warmth and heaviness at the point, and most people relax during the session.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what we're treating and how long it has been going on. After the first session I'll give you a clear estimate. Most people start with one session a week.

Can I combine this with medical treatment and medication?

Yes. Please tell me about any medication you take at the first session, especially if we use herbs, so I can adapt the treatment safely.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, loose clothes that roll up easily. It's best to eat something light beforehand.

Where is the clinic?

In a home clinic at 42 HaHalutzim St, Tel Aviv. I'll send directions and parking details on WhatsApp once your appointment is booked.

Do you treat in English?

Yes, sessions can be held in English or Hebrew.

Ready to book a session?

Send me a few words on WhatsApp about what brings you in, and I'll get back to you to find a time that works.
